Situation
The Ina Lite Project is a sustainable cooking and Lighting project that aims to bring heat for cooking and electricity for lighting to suburban and impoverished areas.
Task
We have developed the Ina Lite project from initial concept to design and then to the production of prototypes.
Action
We provided project management, branding, website design Business plan, , Web Deveopment and manufacturing of three prototypes during the journey of the project.
Result
Ina Lite has so far been able to gain access to grants and recieved multiple awards including; Union Bank Innovation Grant 2018, Autodesk Award of Sustainable Design 2018 (Johannesburg, South Africa), Green Product Award Finalist 2019 (Berlin, Germany), Hope3d Winner 2019 (London, UK), ASME ISHOW Kenya 2020, Swarvoski Foundation 2020 and more.
